Our goal at BioCandy is to make your wellness routine a joy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our "Taste First" Guarantee

We stand by our promise that our gummies are crave-worthy. If you purchase a product for the first time and are not happy with the taste, please contact us at help@biocandy.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll offer a one-time store credit or a full refund for that specific product, no return required. This guarantee is designed to let you try us risk-free and is only valid for your first purchase of a particular product flavor.


Standard Return Policy

For all other return inquiries, please read our policy below.

Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our customer support team at help@biocandy.com with the subject line "Return Request" and your Order Number in the body of the email.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, please let us know the reason for your return. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos of the product and its packaging.
  3. Wait for Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send your item back to us without receiving an approval email first.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 1

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. 2

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@biocandy.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately at help@biocandy.com with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no extra cost to you.
