Our commitment
BioCandy wants everyone to be able to browse, learn, and shop on this site. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We test with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation, and screen readers.
What we do
Our pages use semantic structure, labelled controls, and visible keyboard focus. Text colors meet WCAG contrast minimums. Motion effects respect your reduced-motion system setting. Our checkout runs on Shopify, which publishes its own accessibility conformance.

If any part of this site is hard to use with assistive technology, tell us. Email help@biocandy.com with the word “Accessibility” in the subject line. Describe the page and the problem. We aim to reply within two business days and to fix confirmed issues quickly.
